this one is for the boys with the baking system
top down, oven on for the heating system
when the bread be rising, it be coming up
got stacks on the shelf ‘cause we saving up
and we ill, we real, we might gotta deal
we bake bread and we got the right kinda sales
we knead to make dough, not with rolling pins NO
we always in the bakery and we always sell, so
we always on a trip trip, we never make a chip chip,
never make a slip slip, kiss peeta on da lip lip

and then peeta got chosen as well so now we’re

oh yes we did, yes we did
we won the hunger games but peeta lost his leg
now everything’s changed and it’s all so different
BUT IN CATO’S WORD LET’S CARRY ON AND LIV IT UP
THE CAPITOL’S TAKING LIV-ES AWAY
LEADING A REBELLION IS HARD BUT HEY
CAN YOU HEAR THAT MOCKING-ING-ING, MOCKING-ING-INGJAY
I AM THE MOCKINGJAY
MOCKING-ING-ING, MOCKING-ING-INGJAY
I AM THE MOCKINGJAY.

It’s a date || Azure/Cinn
cinn-donna:
Cinn blushes a bit as Azure looks her up and down, but she relaxes when he smiles approvingly. “Thanks. You look amazing too.” It was true, his various layers were sleek and simple. She hooked her arm in his, smiling up at him. She got even more excited when he mentioned a change in plans, that they were going to dinner instead. “That sounds wonderful! Where are we going?”
She returns Azure’s compliment and asks him where are they going. “We’re going to a fine dining restaurant owned by a close friend of mine. I’m sure you’re gonna love it.” Smiling as Cinn hooks her arm on his, Azure escorts her out of the building. Both of them were quiet throughout the whole elevator ride staring only at the silver metal doors in front of them, but every second or so Azure manages to steal a couple of unnoticed glances at his date.
Slowly the pair steps out of the main entrance into the busy streets of the Capitol. “I hope you don’t mind a little drive. My friend’s restaurant is a bit far from here.” As soon as they were in front of his car Azure takes out his keys and with a single click the car’s engine starts with a loud VROOM! that turns into a steady hum. Azure escorts his beautiful date into the front seat of the car and then sits on his place on the driver’s seat. “Hold on okay?” Azure gives Cinn a quick smile as she puts on her seat belt. He places his car on drive and with another loud VROOM! and a shrieking noise from the back tires they were on their way.

It’s a date || Azure/Cinn
cinn-donna:
Cinn jumped up a little, to the sound of a knock at her door. Azure’s text had warned she was coming, but she was still surprised when the noise broke the silence. She opened the door with a grin, looking up a his smiling face. Even with her heels on, Azure was still a few inches taller. He was dressed simply, but looked great. “I’m always ready on time.” Cinn said with a smile, and grabbed her small purse from the chair next to the door. She closed the door behind her and turned back to Azure with a smile. She was excited, but her smile wasn’t as big as it could. Cinn knew she would have fun, but a part of her wished they were just going to dinner or something, so they could just talk. “Shall we go?”
Azure’s eye ran up and down Cinn’s face and body, there was something about her red dress that made him smile. He can tell by the look on her face that Cinn was excited, Azure was excited too it’s been a while since his last date. “You look lovely tonight Cinn.” Azure said and then he offered his left arm. “Let’s go, I made dinner reservations.” Azure smiled waiting for Cinn to take his arm.

It was a little before 7, so Cinn figured she should get ready. She skipped back to her room from the common room. She took a shower, standing in the hot water for a long time, and lathering herself in lavender soaps. She used the hair drier in the wall that dried her hair in seconds, leaving her hair in a waterfall of black curls down her back. Somehow, the little pink and blue streaks under her hair had curled all by themselves, making them stand out even more. Since her hair looked especially good, she just left all of it down.
Cinn opened her closet to, picking up the dress her and Stellar had made earlier. She hoped it looked good on her, she hadn’t tried it on before. She sipped it on over her black undergarments, to find it fit perfectly. It his about mid thigh, and was tight, but not too tight. The cap sleeves were perfect and the v-neck made accentuated her chest, but not too much. The shiny red fabric seemed to change colors as she walked. She slipped on a pair of black 3 inch heels with small bows on them, put on a little bit of black eyeliner and mascara, and sat on her bed to wait.
After a long bath Azure got out of the shower and went over his wardrobe to pick his clothes for his date with Cinn. Azure picked his favorite grey v-neck, black vest, jeans and signature fedora. After spraying on his favorite cologne he picked up his phone on his bed and sent Cinn a quick message “Hope you’re ready. I’ll be there in 20.” He pocketed his phone and hopped on the elevator.
Alfred-The Gillian family driver-was waiting for him at the lobby when the elevator doors opened. Azure called him earlier to bring him his favorite sleek silver sports car which was kept at the Gillian Manor. Alfred and Azure exchanged keys, his black sedan for this much fancier sports car which was a gift from his father 2 years ago. Outside the apartment the silver sports car was parked, Azure entered it and quickly started the engine, its familiar hum was music to his ears. “Tell dad I’ll be using this one for the week okay?” Alfred who was standing just outside the car’s front passenger door nodded and with that Azure was on his way to the tribute building.
It wasn’t really a long drive but Azure still enjoyed it, he parked the car just in front of the tribute building and sent another message to Cinn that he was already here. He jogged past the Peacekeepers who were guarding the tribute building main entrance and into the elevator. Within minutes he was already at the Stylist floor just right outside Cinn’s room. He knocked twice and called his date. “Cinn? Are you ready?”

I think of Max, who was an ambitious boy that I’d met a bit ago. He had a cunning attitude that could probably get him out of a lot of things. “I’ve only met one.” I reply, still attentive at the television. “His name is Max, and he’s from District Six. The girl’s name is Dahlia, but I haven’t met her yet.”
Just when I say Dahlia, the reporter announces District Six. I am slightly taken aback at the sight of Dahlia. She’s beautiful, like the rest, but she’s oriental. You don’t see many oriental families in Panem nowadays. I smile, knowing how amazing all of my tributes will look come time for interviews. “What about you? Have you met your tributes?”
District 7, District 8, and then the photo of the tributes from District 9 appears on screen “Just the girls, Carl and Ophelia. I haven’t met the boys yet.” I watch as reporter goes on with the remaining few tributes “I bet both of them will put up a really good show for the Vapitol this year, they have that… spark in their eyes.” The reporter wraps up the announcements and then a logo of the Capitol appears on the screen with the anthem playing on the background. The screen fades black and it was back to the regularly scheduled program.
Fran rings her tiny bell which means dinner was ready, “We better eat and rest early, remember you still have an appointment with my mother in the morning.”

I nod and continue watching the television. Azure’s right, I do need to forget about how Mark treated me, knowing he will probably forget in the morning. I shake my head and keep an attentive eye on the broadcast. The television displays two pictures at a time; probably the boy and girl tributes from each district. First up, of course, was District One. “They’re beautiful,” I say honestly. And they really were.
The girl was short and dark-skinned, most likely only twelve or thirteen. Next, they began speaking of the boy. He was tall and very light-skinned. Two unique tributes that I would soon dress and cherish until they left for the arena. I make mental notes as the reporter moves on the the next district.
I noticed Phee’s eyes were glued on the TV the moment the pictures of the tributes from District One flashed on the screen “Oh, you’re in charge of District 1, right?” I said. “I hope those kids don’t take up their mentors’ attitude. Be careful when you’re around Silas Wade if you can just stay away frim him.” Phee gave me a curious look. The pictures on the screen then changed, District Two then District Three, my kids. “I still haven’t met that Cedric fellow, Carl was nice though. How about you? Met any of your tributes yet?” I asked Phee who was still focused on the wide screen television in front of us.

Azure scoffs at the broadcast, and is claiming to have seen it billions of times. I don’t blame him, though, because if something interrupted my shows, I’d be pretty pissed too. He begins to mock the vain-looking reporter on the television. “Do they really come on all the time?” I ask. Maybe I need to watch television more. “Shows you how much I pay attention to the media.”
Fran brings around a tray of drinks with lemon slices cut beautifully on the side. I decide on not saying anything about being allergic to lemons, and just crinkle my nose at the smell. I pick it off of the side of my glass before I get too much contact with it. Lemons make me break out into ugly hives that are almost un-fixable by the Capitol. Hopefully, Azure didn’t catch on to my weirdness about it.
He then mentions his mother, and how she’s set us up for tomorrow morning. I’ve already planned an outfit for my escape into the clinic. Let’s hope that no one my neighborhood saw what happened. What would happen to me, let alone Mark?
There was an awkward silence when I almost mentioned Mark. “uhm.. Forget about him alright? He’s drunk and he probably won’t even remember what happened.” I said. “Let’s just worry about those scars and bruises on you first then we’ll worry about that douche.” I said smiling. Her scar and bruises weren’t that bad, I’ve seen my mother erase scars far worse from what she has.
